Proof of intelligent life in outer space. What we see here is a 45,000+ square foot crop circle in the shape of the Firefox logo that was discovered in Amity, Oregon.
This was actually done by a group of students from Oregon State that are avid fans of Firefox and all of it’s glory.
What are your best purchases of 2006, thus far?
For me it would have to be my Nintendo DS Lite. I bought it half-heartedly, not sure how much I would use it. I thought the Brain Age games looked like fun and wanted to try them. Well, that was 2 months ago and I now play the DS just about every night when I get home from work. The Brain Age game is great, I love Sudoku, even though my wife is way better than me at it. Also, Mario Kart is a blast. Three of my coworkers and myself hit Taco Bell every Wednesday and play Mario Kart head-to-head via means of the built in WIFI.
My other best purchase of 2006 is my Cleveland Launcher 400 Driver golf club. I have never hit the ball more solid. And the club is very forgiving, even my mishits aren’t that bad. Got it off of Ebay for $65. Ebay is the place to buy golf clubs.
This may be the coolest thing ever. I have been tormenting my coworker this morning by playing a ringtone that only he can hear. He sits in the cube behind me and so we usually banter back and forth all day. So now I have a new weapon; I play this ringtone to annoy him and I can’t hear a thing. Old age has its bonuses.
