I haven't had a chance to read up on any of the movie details yet, but I did see that it was produced by Steven Speilberg and Dreamworks. And say what you will about War of the Worlds, I must say that the special effects in that movie were flat out some of the best I've seen in terms of their realism and grandeur. So I can only imagine how the Transformers will look and feel on the big screen.
