Come clean with it…
You know there are songs that you sing in the car at the top of your lungs that you won’t admit to. Well, now is your time to come clean. You will feel better to admit to it and get it off your chest.
What are those songs that you turn up the volume and sing at the top of your lungs?
for me (…quick look over the shoulder to make sure no one is watching):
- Journey - Faithfully (come on, you know you sing this one too)
- ABBA - Take A Chance On Me (It’s not my fault, my wife is Swedish)
- John Mellencamp - Jack And Diane (God I love this song, I was 10 when it came out and couldn’t stop singing it then)
- John Denver - Rocky Mountain High (This should be Colorado’s state song)

I don’t ever sing in the car… but my favorite is to play music really, really loud. Currently I have Pirates of the Carribean (movie 1 sound track) that I’ve been enjoying at full sonic boom.

I’ve got several. Some I sing to, others I just crank to speaker blowout level —
In no particular order –
Solsbury Hill - Peter Gabriel (partly sing / fully crank)
These Things - Robert Cray (fully sing & crank)
If I had 1,000,000 Dollars - Bare Naked Ladies (sing with my kids)
Where is the Love? Black Eyed Peas (fully crank / headbop / sing chorus)
Get Over It - Eagles (fully sing / crank sometimes)
Won’t Get Fooled Again - Who (fully crank / sing sometimes)
On the Turning Away - Pink Floyd (fully crank only)
Sowing the Seeds of Love - Tears for Fears (fully crank / sing partially)
There are more, lots more. But this is what I could find going really quickly through iTunes.

Chris, no singing, really? Pirates of the Carribean, really?
Mark, that’s good stuff. Where is the Love? by the BEP’s is a good call, I crank that one too. Floyd’s ‘On the Turning Away’ is beautiful, you gotta crank that.

Yeah, I’m actually not very in tune with America’s music likes and dislikes. However, I did recently buy the new Keane and The Fray. I’m trying my hardest to be on top of stuff. It’s seriously a lot of work.

This is easy -
U2 - With or Without You
The Scorpions - Rock You Like a Huricane
Journey - Seperate Ways
Jefferson Starship - Jane
Whitesnake - Here I Go Again
the list goes on and on . . .
Ben O.
BTW - Rocky Mountain High is the State Song as far as I’m concerned.

There was this guy see.
He wasn’t very bright and he reached his adult life without ever having learned “the facts”.
Somehow, it gets to be his wedding day.
While he is walking down the isle, his father tugs his sleeve and says,
“Son, when you get to the hotel room…Call me”
Hours later he gets to the hotel room with his beautiful blushing bride and he calls his father,
“Dad, we are the hotel, what do I do?”
“O.K. Son, listen up, take off your clothes and get in the bed, then she should take off her clothes and get in the bed, if not help her. Then either way, ah, call me”
A few moments later…
“Dad we took off our clothes and we are in the bed, what do I do?”
O.K. Son, listen up. Move real close to her and she should move real close to you, and then… Ah, call me.”
A few moments later…
“DAD! WE TOOK OFF OUR CLOTHES, GOT IN THE BED AND MOVED REAL CLOSE, WHAT DO I DO???”
“O.K. Son, Listen up, this is the most important part. Stick the long part of your body into the place where she goes to the bathroom.”
A few moments later…
“Dad, I’ve got my foot in the toilet, what do I do?”
